The Grand Ballroom is an excellent choice for your next meeting or event. Our convenient
downtown location is a plus for area businesses and organizations in search of an elegant
and impressive atmosphere. Hotel accommodations are available at the Fairfield Inn &
Suites by Marriott, one mile north of The Grand Ballroom, and the Days
Inn-Butler/Conference Center located one mile south.
At The Grand Ballroom, we have anticipated all of your business needs with packages to
suit luncheon meetings or seminars, civic and social dinners, client appreciation cocktail or
dessert events, and breakfast gatherings. Check our packages page for inclusive breakfast,
lunch and dinner packages. If you do not wish to serve a meal, a flat room rate is available
on weekdays, along with refreshment choices such as coffee, tea, soft drinks and cookie
trays.
We are able to accommodate in comfort any group size up to 180 people seated at tables in
our Diamond Room. For meetings that do not require table seating, 200 or more can be
seated comfortably in this room. For smaller gatherings, meetings, and office parties,
consider our Pearl Room which provides a more intimate space for groups up of to 80
people.
We will provide a podium, if required, and other audio/ visual equipment is available if
needed.
